General Information

General info:

• The reception will take place in the afternoon / evening of 16th June 2019.
• Food will be a buffet curry.
• There will be a ceilidh.
• Please bring your partner and / or children (if applicable). All welcome.
• No presents please!
• Please take photos! We will put up a link to a dropbox folder for photos nearer the time.

Order of events (subject to change):

• 3pm - Arrive via the Loggia entrance (lower ground floor), fizzy wine and small sweet treats will be served. If you are arriving by car please use street parking. For unsteady walkers or people with disabilities feel free to use the driveway at the front of the hall as a drop off point.
• 5pm - Please sit in your seats in the Maxwell Hall (ground floor). A vegan curry buffet (starters and mains) will be served in the Stirling Hall with tables going out one at a time. Gluten free options will be available, please ask the servers for more information.
• 6:30pm - Desserts will be served in the Stirling Hall like before.
• 7pm - Speeches and cake.
• 8pm - Clear out of Maxwell Hall to wherever you like.
• 8:30pm - Ceilidh band starts in the Maxwell Hall. There will be seats at the back of Maxwell Hall or quieter seats set up in the Stirling Hall and Loggia if you prefer.
• 10:30pm - Evening snacks are served.
• 11:45pm - Last orders at the bar.
• Midnight - Music stops.
• 12:30am - Everyone out :)

More info:

• Dress code: anything you like (although we imagine most of you will be in standard wedding kit), surprise us! There will be at least one child and one grown up who will be in fancy dress.
• Highchairs are available.
• Free wine is provided for dinner. Anything else is available from the bar.
• Please use the Google Drive folder link (sent in the email on 10th June) to share your photos with us :) If you have lost the link please ask!
